It is almost 1 am, I have been driving for more than 4 hours… Now I really need some rest. Far away I see a restaurant on the left side of the road… I think it’s the best place to have some rest.
Minutes later…
The restaurant is almost empty but of old chairs and dirty medium round tables. All choices available are even, there is no table better than the other, so I throw myself on the chair to the nearest table....
Waiting for a waitress to come…

Here u are,
On a superficial level,or the first meaning that met my eye, you're criticising the state, because it does not even provide us with one of the basic rights, such as a good place to eat! A restaurant is empty and haunted with dirty tables and seats,no waitress is there, when u should actually be welcomed with the aroma of food and a warm smile.
On a deeper level, your story is a symbol of our journey in life...we keep on driving and hunting down our comfort and it keeps slipping away."All choices available are even",we're in this together,we're all suffering the same.Even when we think that we've found a place for rest,it turns out to be hell, with no one there to share our misery, each one on his own, waiting for the waitress, waiting for someone to keep u company and make you comfortable, but is there any hope?
Of course, this is my point of view, but u probably had a totally different intention in mind.
